Change

I've noticed that when people say they themselves changed, I don't see their changes at all. They, themselves ADMITTED that they have CHANGED? You're kidding me?

Change as in better personality/attitude. As long as changing for the better.

When you tell them you changed, it just simply means that YOU, want attention and forcing people to agree with you. Its like leopards paint their spots and tell everyone 'I HAVE CHANGED'.

That person did NOT change at all, he merely cover up all his mistakes.

We have eyes. We do know how to judge.

It proves nothing since we don't see any changes in that person. Save your breath and really change yourself again.
